Omukama
Omukama opens with omuboro and wild bush mango. Their juicy, bright and almost tropical character evokes a vivid, unfamiliar fruitiness that’s refined with the dry warmth of cumin.
The heart grows darker and more textured. Abyssinian rose and Karo-Karounde bring a rich floral character, while coffee adds bitterness and depth. Waterberry introduces a dark, juicy berry tone beneath the florals, with myrrh and ginger CO₂ adding resin, warmth, and spice.
Leather, oud and stone dominate the base, joined by the rich fragrance of Nkoba. Patchouli, cypriol, oakmoss and guaiacwood reinforce its earthy, smoky character, while Peru balsam, labdanum, Laotian benzoin and gurjun add richness through the resins. Wool brings an animalic softness, Somalian frankincense billows through the woods, and sandalwood, vanilla, decalepis root and woody ambers round the final stages of the drydown.
