Opening with Sicilian green mandarin cut to a sharp cool edge, then cardamom turns it dry and silvery, a brightness that feels carved in stone.
In the heart, de mai and Isparta glow like color seen in low light, a dull cool pink threaded through cabreuva and Virginian cedar, rosemary, and a flickering of cinnamon. Incense curls through the structure, and a subtle iris accord gives the whole middle a smooth, almost ceremonial polish.
The base is where the desert arrives in full: oud laid over sandalwood and ciste, darkened with tobacco and worn leather, then textured with vetiver, patchouli, oakmoss, and the vanillic pull of decalepis. Peru balsam and Siam benzoin seal it in resin, while guaiac, gurjun, amyris, Hiba wood, woody ambers, clary sage, and musks leave a long, controlled trail, smoke, warm stone, and the dry hush of sand cooling after the heat.
