Tabac d’Armagnac opens with an effervescent and brilliantly alive Sicilian bergamot oil emboldened with a cooling cardamom CO₂. Bran absolute and oakwood CO₂ bring an almost toasted barrel-grain realism, like the first inhale above a cut-crystal glass. The heart blooms with boozy warmth with a true-to-life Armagnac accord exalted with clary sage absolute and the straight-backed structure of Virginian cedarwood. Labdanum and Peru balsam thicken the glow into rich resin, before tobacco absolute takes command within the base. Rich, dry and unfurling like leaf and humidor wood. Sandalwood, cypriol, decalepis root, everlasting picardii, gurjun, Sumatran benzoin, oakmoss, patchouli, Brazilian vetiver, select musks and woody ambers enrich and refine the composition.
