Opening with restraint and texture: Sicilian bergamot kept crisp, cardamom cool and dry, then bran absolute and oakwood bringing a toasted, barrel-grain realism, like the first inhale over a cut crystal glass. It’s immediately masculine, refined with a polished focus.
The heart turns liquid and ambered, Armagnac blooms, boozy warmth and viscous, clary sage keeping it unsweet and composed, while labdanum and Peru balsam deepen the glow into resin, and cedarwood adds a straight-backed structure, tightening the silhouette.
The base settles into tobacco absolute, rich and unfurling as leaf and humidor, wrapped in sandalwood and deepened by cypriol and decalepis. Everlasting picardii, gurjun, benzoin, oakmoss, patchouli, vetiver, musks, and woody ambers leave a dry, elegant trail.
